About This Role:
">This is a full-time, in-office position where every day is different. Our team creates high-performance, skincare-powered formulas designed for real life: effortless, multifunctional, and made to empower confidence.
">As Marketing Executive, you'll touch every part of marketing, including influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking.
">- Own influencer marketing end-to-end: research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
- Support launch campaigns: digital, offline, and partnerships.
- Draft, schedule, and track email/WhatsApp campaigns.
- Assist with PR activities: media list building, PR drops, coverage tracking.
- Help with brand collaborations (e.g., lifestyle clubs, cafés, gyms).
- Create basic campaign reports and performance dashboards.
- Work directly with the founder on new campaign ideas.
The Ideal Candidate:
">- 0–2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
- Exceptionally organized: you love lists, spreadsheets, and deadlines.
- Resourceful and creative: you figure things out quickly.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats (some days influencers, some days events, some days reporting).
- Excited about beauty and pop culture: you know what's trending.
- Thrive in a startup environment: fast-paced, scrappy, no two days the same.
