Job Title: Scrum Master Lead Consultant

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced Scrum Master who wants to take their skills to the next level. As a Scrum Master Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding teams and organizations in adopting Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver customer delight.

Responsibilities:
  • Guiding teams on self-organization to fill intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Enabling teams to become more cross-functional
  • Conducting Scrum Ceremonies, guiding teams in estimation, and getting clarifications from Product Owners
  • Assessing Scrum maturity of teams and organizations and coaching them to higher levels of maturity
  • Removing impediments or guiding teams to remove impediments by finding the right personnel
  • Tracking Agile metrics as part of Sprint Cycle and reporting
  • Delivering Scrum Training Sessions for units/groups

Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Servant leadership and facilitation skills
  • Situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
  • Continual improvement and empowerment skills
  • Increasing transparency and knowledge of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in Scrum approach
  • Implementing technical engineering practices in projects
  • Professional Scrum Master certification like CSM/PSM/SAFe RTE/SAFe Scrum Master
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

Competencies:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Minimum 11+ years of relevant Scrum master experience in IT projects
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with remote teams effectively
  • High flexibility to travel

Technical Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have primary skills in Process Development Methodology - Infosys Global Agile methodology and Process Development Methodology - Scrum
