Job Title: ServiceNow Trainer

The successful candidate will serve as a ServiceNow authorized product trainer, providing high-quality training sessions to users. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in conducting ServiceNow fundamentals training and Advanced ServiceNow training (deep-level Service Now Platform concepts, basic to advanced Service Now scripting). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on at least 2-3 modules out of the following:

  • IT Service Management
  • IT Operations Management (CMDB Discovery)
  • IT Asset Management
  • HR Service Delivery
  • Service Portfolio Management
  • SecOps (Threat, Vulnerability response, SIR)
  • Customer Service Management

The selected candidate will design, create, edit, and publish engaging learning content in various formats to facilitate the adoption of new and enhanced ServiceNow capabilities. They will also develop and maintain knowledge content within the ServiceNow knowledge base for easy consumption by end-users.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise tools and cloud services into the ServiceNow environment. The successful candidate must ensure that training aligns with Agile methodologies and best practices in ServiceNow configuration and usage. Additionally, they will contribute to maintaining the platform's Authority to Operate (ATO) by ensuring compliance and effective knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. They must possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including associated modules and capabilities. A proven ability to create and deliver effective training content tailored to diverse audiences is essential.

Required certifications include being a ServiceNow authorized product trainer. The selected candidate will also be proficient in building and maintaining knowledge bases within the ServiceNow platform.
