Senior Software Test Engineer Role

We seek a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant banking solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, building and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and participating in shift-left testing practices.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • Participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking workflows including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered testing tools and concepts such as AI-driven test case generation.
  • Experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
