Corporate Funding Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to acquire funds from banks, mutual funds, and financial institutions through various financial instruments.
  • Develop and maintain the standard treasury docket, ensuring it is regularly updated.
  • Independently handle lender queries and resolve them to their satisfaction.
  • Manage post-sanction requirements and close loan documentation efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal departments for smooth and timely documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain the covenant tracker.
  • Communicate with lenders to ensure timely receipt of interest payments and submission of periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for completion of due diligence processes.
  • Monitor compliance requirements and submit necessary information, certifications, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, and NBFC sector practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to independently handle complex tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
