The Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as an FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
