Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

The role of a Cash Flow Manager involves overseeing the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports within the accounts payable department.

This position entails managing staff, enforcing financial controls, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Manage, train, and support accounts payable staff to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards to minimize financial risks.
  • Develop and implement optimized AP processes to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors by promptly addressing discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Analyze and provide insights on AP performance using data from reports and other relevant sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices in accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detailed attention and ability to work under deadlines.
