Job Description
The Learning and Engagement Associate at Volunteer is responsible for conceptualizing and developing interactive learning experiences for our youth programs. This role involves researching relevant topics, developing resources, and creating engaging materials that promote learning and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing educational content, including worksheets, activities, and resources, that bring ideas to life.
- Designing interactive activities that captivate and educate children while aligning with program goals.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure content aligns with program objectives and provides a meaningful learning experience.
- Assisting with outreach efforts, promoting the program, engaging with potential clients, and supporting sales strategies to help grow the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong research skills, creativity in content design, and ability to develop engaging learning experiences.
- Education in a creative or interdisciplinary field, such as Communications, Sociology, Creative Writing, Business Administration (MBA), or a Master degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Passion for working with pre-teen kids and developing their skills and growth.
