Compliance Excellence Manager

The Line Compliance Senior Manager role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery of all compliance activities, innovation and improvement of existing processes to mitigate inherent risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Compliance team, driving a strong organizational culture to guarantee completion of deliverables.
- Manage documentation procedures, finalize and release them as per policies.
- Contribute to the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices.
- Evaluate client contract requirements, highlighting risks and gaps to leadership.
- Drive reperformance and action plan governance to ensure adherence.
- Analyze comparative data, prepare regional and global reports on compliance risk assessments and monitoring of compliance-related issues.
- Maintain key reporting activities on schedule.
- Mentor and guide team members on Compliance/Audit/Risk and govern trainings to enhance their skillset for the role.
- Review materials for compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements.
- Identify and address potential risks.
- Investigate and assist in responses to compliance risk issues.
- Proactively identify issues and report them as Self-Identified Audit Issues (SIAI) to Corporate Audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Commerce degree.
- Mandatory Skills: Risk & Compliance, Finance & Accounting, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership and communication skills, Team Management skills, Risk Assessment.
