We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our enterprise client base.
Job OverviewThe Enterprise Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and closing deals with mid-to-large-sized enterprises. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales principles, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage potential clients via targeted outreach efforts, referrals, and networking activities.
Sales Strategy ExecutionDevelop and execute customized sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each client, highlighting the business value and impact of our solutions.
Enterprise Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-senior-level executives (IT Heads, Finance, Operations) to drive long-term business growth.
Requirements & Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
- Understanding of consultative selling and enterprise client needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in enterprise sales
