Our company is a leading provider of AI solutions and we are currently seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making a meaningful impact in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing complex AI models using efficient production-ready code, evaluating performance by testing and ranking model outputs, fine-tuning models with datasets for SFT and RLHF, raising the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation, and innovating new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js), be comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices, and skilled with Docker.

Bonus points will be awarded to candidates with hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning), a background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
