We are seeking a skilled AI developer with extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning model creation.

About this Role:

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom machine learning models for business-specific challenges. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in creating scalable AI pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Create and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production-ready environments.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployments using MLOps practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
