Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier.
  • Integrate AI APIs (LLMs, embeddings, classifiers) into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring.
  • Automate discovery and engagement on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels.
  • Clean and model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experiment with growth hacks by prototyping, measuring, and iterating.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in automation engineering, growth ops, or data engineering.
  • Strong skills in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is highly desirable.
  • A startup mindset: scrappy, fast, and outcome-oriented.
