Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Training Mentor, overseeing the development of team members in a dynamic environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude in the face of changing circumstances.
  • Supervise 1 to 40 team members in the Training department, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes growth and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Train and develop team members, planning and directing work to achieve outstanding results.
  • Evaluate performance, providing constructive feedback and recognizing individual accomplishments.
  • Build strong relationships with peers across departments, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Competencies:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 Months – 1 year of experience in training and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of sales campaign products, features, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
