Lead Master Data Team

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the offshore Master Data team to achieve exceptional performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and empower the team to ensure expected service level agreement (SLA) performance.
  • Standardize and automate processes with the help of the data operations team to reach maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure timely execution of supportive financial and non-financial operations.
  • Manage training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
  • Build relationships between departments, business units, and stakeholders.

Master Data Management Activities Execution

  • Oversee the Master Data team to ensure that tasks are managed within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of the master data setup to identify and correct infractions prior to impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Implement efficient end-to-end processes for managing master data.
  • Support project initiatives, including active participation.

General Management Activities

  • Manage MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets, including the creation of sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
  • Back-up planning for the team.
  • Maintain the Training Tracking Tool and develop action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • Achieve SLA/KPIs and provide monthly updates, monitor team performance quality, and take actions to close gaps.
  • Ensure maintenance and updates of process training documentation as per standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for improving workflow efficiency.
  • Perform routine management in accordance with Excellence Program standards.
  • Establish effective communication flow within the team.
  • Share best practices across the organization.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Provide adequate resources for team members to perform their duties.
  • Administer people management tasks.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Execute the People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program guidelines.
  • Develop strategies for the People plan and manage project-related activities from a functional lead perspective.
