  • App & Digital Experience: Lead category programming on the app and website, delivering an engaging and seamless user journey.

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions, inspiring a culture of ownership and excellence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, marketing).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
