Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team in the digital marketing space.

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks such as managing files, schedules, and meetings.

  • Assist in basic finance tasks such as billing, invoicing, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and budget tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Act as a point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
  • Assist in client onboarding and maintain client databases.
  • Support the marketing team in social media planning and execution.
