Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations group, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining our online assets, including our website, micro-sites, and landing pages. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online marketing effectiveness and help achieve our business goals.Key Responsibilities• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs from cross-functional teams• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain our website (using WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (with our custom CMS and Contentful)• Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate all user inputs• Maintain change logs and documentations• Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutions• Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practices• Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities• Coordinate, set up, and maintain our marketing webinars; and provide live back-end support to panelists during the sessions• Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zonesRequirements• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, or relevant experience• 4+ years of front-end development experience• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards• Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus• Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously• Ability to develop ideas with the ability to focus both on details and the big picture• Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an understanding of the marketing funnel• An energetic spirit, ability to work well with teammates of diverse backgrounds, and highly motivated to bring your A-Game to a high-growth, mission-driven companyEqual Employment OpportunityEmeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
