About the Role:

  • Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

The Position Overview:

We seek a skilled and dynamic specialist who will drive successful adoption of our product with clients. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of the platform with exceptional communication skills.

You will work closely with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, and derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Adoption Strategies: Identify target audiences' training needs, understand customer applications and processes, and develop actionable insights and use cases.

Project Management: Concurrently manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements.

Standard Development: Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers.

Solution Consultation: Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using our product ecosystem.

Solution Optimization: Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users.

Required Expertise:

Experience: 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, and strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through certification programs.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce platform, awareness of diverse cultures and practices, and experience working in industries like IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas.
