Job Title: Regional Head of South Asia

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our operations in South Asia. As Regional Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region, leveraging your expertise in biofuel ethanol and grain processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and expansion in South Asia.

  2. Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence and competitiveness.

  3. Create and implement go-to-market strategies, backed by in-depth industry analysis and competitor research.

  4. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across the region, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong educational background in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.

  • Proven commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote working environment, with a high level of proactiveness to collaborate across functions internally and externally.

  • Solid people leadership skills, with a strong ability to drive opportunities and address challenges.

Working Conditions:

This role requires up to 50% travel, with regular visits to regional offices and meetings with key stakeholders.
