**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Lenskart. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the store's operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee merchandising, and ensure a visually appealing store appearance.
  • Implement effective marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage expenses, budgets, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, MS Office, and basic financial analysis.

**What We Offer:**
