We aim to escalate our renewable capacity to 5 GW within the next 4-5 years by adding 100MW of new biomass and 600MW of new solar capacity annually. This ambitious endeavor aligns with the Government of India's vision to achieve 500 GW capacity from renewable energy sources by 2030.

At the forefront of this effort is SAEL Industries, responsible for raising growth capital across various business segments. It also handles Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for upcoming renewable projects, as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities for commissioned projects.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Expert - Project Finance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, preparation of teaser, information memorandum, and presentation for sharing with lenders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial modeling and viability analysis
  • Review of legal documents and coordination with transaction advisors
  • Interaction with clients and lenders to comply with loan disbursement conditions
  • Project estimation and conclusion synthesis

Requirements:

A chartered accountant or MBA from a reputable business school with prior experience of 3-4 years is required. Preferred skills include analytical thinking, data analysis, accounting and finance knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
