We are seeking a skilled SDET professional to drive the development and maintenance of scalable and highly available Restful APIs / Microservices using JavaScript technologies.

About the Position

">
  • This technical lead role requires strong coding and automation testing experience in JavaScript technologies, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TypeScript and Automation Testing Techniques, preferably using BDD approach.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable and highly available Restful APIs / Microservices, creating end-to-end Automation test suites, and participating in troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem.
  • The selected candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in containerization, API gateways, and Single-Sign-on authentication.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential for implementing best practices in coding, testing, security, unit testing, and documentation.

Skill Requirements

">
  • Strong knowledge of development and testing scalable and highly available Restful APIs / Microservices using JavaScript technologies.
  • Ability to create end-to-end Automation test suites using Playwright or Selenium, preferably using BDD approach.
  • Practical experience with GraphQL, including understanding of containerization and expertise in Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles, as well as exposure to task/message queues, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, Kafka.
  • Expert knowledge of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth).
