Job Title: Career Guidance Specialist

About the Role:

As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and professional futures of students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students, understanding their academic backgrounds, career objectives, and learning preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets. Utilize various channels, including online research and networking, to generate leads. Collaborate closely with local schools to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals. Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
  • Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads to encourage them to join the courses.
