Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management to join our team in Coimbatore. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to control and maintain the engineering change and documentation tracking process.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in EMS industry.
  • B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE / Mechanical / Electronic.
  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook.
  • Sound knowledge on technical subjects.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Very good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Good attitude.
  • Open for night shifts.

You'll be working closely with the program manager, engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams to ensure that all changes are properly documented and implemented. This role provides opportunities for growth and development in a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
