Job Role Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled finance professional to manage our branch's cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Preparation: Create and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  2. Accounting of Collections: Process payments from customers and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
  3. Customer Account Reconciliation: Verify customer accounts statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  4. Inventory Verification: Physically verify inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.
  5. Cash Management: Effectively manage cash flow to meet business needs.
  6. Cash Handling: Handle all cash transactions for the branch, including deposits and withdrawals.
  7. Cash Deposit: Timely deposit cash into the bank to maintain liquidity.
  8. Account Reconciliation: Ensure proper reconciliation of all financial transactions.
  9. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B Com/M Com)
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
