Record to Report Lead

As a highly skilled Record to Report Lead, you will oversee the execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end preparations, ensuring timely closure of books. This role involves working closely with the team to streamline processes, remove non-value-added activities, and enhance overall efficiency.
You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying closing activities, including payroll, accounts payable, banking, and intercompany transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with FP&A and onshore teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of expenses. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in reviewing balance sheet and profit & loss account reconciliations.
This position requires strong communication and liaison skills, particularly when interacting with Stat auditors and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for trend analysis of P&L and BS, as well as timely submission of quarterly and annually accounting packs for USGAAP audit. Furthermore, you will assist the team with disclosures for US GAAP and Stat audits.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in finance, specifically accounting knowledge at an intermediate level. A CMA/CA/MBA Finance qualification is essential, along with good English language proficiency. Personal culture and client management expertise are preferred qualities, along with high motivation and ability to learn under time pressure.
