Expert Identity and Access Management Architect Needed

We are seeking an experienced expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM architecture, hands-on configuration expertise, and proven experience in delivering greenfield implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture design and implementation for IAM deployments.
  • Evaluate and propose optimal IAM solutions in line with customer requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Drive technical documentation, estimations, and implementation strategies.
  • Design and implement complex provisioning rules, identity/access policies, and transformations.
  • Develop and manage custom workflows, rules, and role models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and frameworks.
  • Participate in SWAT/outage meetings and support mitigation efforts related to IAM.
  • Contribute to enterprise IAM architecture and advocate standard practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in IAM.
  • Hands-on experience in 2-3 Greenfield implementations.
  • Expertise in rules, transforms, workflows, identity profiles, and Java-based customization.
  • Experience in custom provisioning solutions using AD, PowerShell, and IAM rules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow catalog integration for access provisioning.
  • 7-8 years of overall technical experience in development, implementation, or system analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory/Azure AD, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and compliance processes.
  • Preferred Attributes: Strong consultative and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity domain is a plus.
  • Team leadership and project coordination capabilities.
