Job Overview

As a Senior Identity Management Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust identity governance solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement standards and processes for access enforcement, access governance, authentication, and application authorization.
  • Analyze, engineer, and implement complex enterprise-level directory integrations with an identity governance platform.
  • Develop identity governance workflows with audit and attestation considerations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with technical infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to risk and opportunity plans.
  • Provide guidance and support for issue resolution and capacity planning.
  • Design and develop Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
  • Automate existing IAM processes.
  • Participate in the design of customer life cycle use cases.
  • Lead Identity and Access Management operations and deliver process improvements using SailPoint.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Identity platforms, RBAC, and Cloud technologies.
Requirements

For this challenging role, we are seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • Real-world experience with Identity Governance and Application Onboarding, Role mining using SailPoint platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cloud service providers and REST web services protocols.
  • Over 6+ years of IT experience in Design, Development, and testing in various IAM domains.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages like Java, SQL, Stored procedures, BeanShell, and Spring frameworks.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Policy-Based Access Controls (PBAC).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to negotiate security viewpoints with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

  • General understanding of Agile processes.
  • Knowledge of provisioning, de-provisioning, and single sign-on.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, integration, and deployment of technology products.
