Job Title: US Finance Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven finance professional to manage a team handling end-to-end finance operations for our clients in the US.

  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals supporting US clients.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, month-end/quarter-end/year-end closures, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, compliance requirements, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients – manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and client-side) to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple clients across varied industries.
