About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in acting as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP Fieldglass solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a liaison between development teams and business partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  2. Work directly with client/business stakeholders to elicit requirements and propose feasible functional solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Support acceptance testing and secure client buy-in by providing clear and concise explanations of system functionality.
  4. Handle conflicts and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing expert guidance and support.
  5. Collaborate with development stakeholders to ensure requirements feasibility and elaboration.
  6. Manage ambiguity resolution and provide clarifications to ensure clear understanding of system functionality.
  7. Review test scenarios and test results to ensure system meets business requirements.
  8. Document software system requirements and manage requirements with end-to-end traceability.
  9. Utilize project/change management tools such as Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow to manage and track project progress.
  10. Implement user stories and acceptance criteria using the Gherkin BDD approach.
  11. Have experience with Agile frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe.
  12. Be knowledgeable in Fieldglass modules like Contingent, Assignment, Services, or Profile worker.
  13. Participate in Fieldglass projects such as implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, or testing.
  14. Collect and document requirements using Azure DevOps or Jira tools.
  15. Work on Fieldglass configurations if required.
  16. Interact with business teams, development teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. 6 to 9 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience working on SDLC projects.
  3. Strong experience in documentation and requirements management.
  4. Proficiency in project/change management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, ServiceNow).
  5. Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, Scrum Ban, SAFe).
  6. Familiarity with Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Assignment, Services, Profile worker).
  7. Experience in Fieldglass projects (implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, testing).
  8. Ability to work on Fieldglass configurations.
  9. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  10. Experience interacting with business, development, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  1. Experience in technical aspects of projects (DB & backend services, ETL processes, API & Web Services, etc.).
  2. Background in leading domains (BFSI, Insurance, Payments, Healthcare, LifeSciences, ECOMM, Supply Chain).
  3. Experience in software development and/or testing.
  4. Experience in Scrum Master or Project Manager roles.
  5. Onsite client location experience.
