Job Overview

Data migration is a complex and critical process requiring expertise in data integration, management, and governance.

As a Senior Data Migration Specialist, you will lead at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.

  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Technical Requirements:

 

  • Experience with ERP Platforms:
  • At least 5 years of experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.
  • Data Migration Tools:
  • Proficient in using data migration tools to design, implement, and test data migrations.
  • Master Data Management (MDM):
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Project Management Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Migration Professional (CDMP).
