Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising:
    • The CFO will lead and manage fundraising efforts through various channels, including banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
    • They will develop relationships with key stakeholders to secure necessary funds for company operations.
  • Strategic Business Planning:
    • The CFO will formulate and implement business plans in alignment with the company's long-term goals.
    • They will conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • CAPEX, OPEX, and Budgeting:
    • The CFO will oversee the planning and allocation of CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
    • They will prepare and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Financial Planning & Control:
    • The CFO will develop and implement robust financial planning and control systems to monitor performance.
    • They will analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance, providing insights and corrective actions.
  • Statutory Laws and Compliance:
    • The CFO will ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
    • They will manage tax-related documents and payments, ensuring timely submission.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • The CFO will monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
    • They will develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce financial risks.
  • Fund Flow Management:
    • The CFO will ensure proper management of fund flows, including incoming and outgoing funds.
    • They will maintain financial stability and effective use of resources.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions:
