Visa Associate

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing consultation services on visa requirements and procedures.
• Assisting clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.
• Verifying client-provided documents to ensure they meet specific requirements.
• Liaising with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers for timely application processing.
• Communicating with clients on the status of their visa applications and addressing any issues or queries promptly.
• Maintaining knowledge of changes in visa rules, policies, and requirements for Russia and CIS destinations.
• Handling escalations or urgent requests related to visa applications efficiently.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in handling visa applications or in a similar role in the travel industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa processes for Russia and CIS destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
