Job Title: Application Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Application Support Manager. This is a full-time, 100% remote role with a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in .Net Core and possess strong C# and SQL DB skills.

Additionally, they should have sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in DevOps (Azure DevOps) and source control (GIT).

Preferred qualifications include good knowledge of Angular and experience in the Capital Market domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to clients
  • Thorough knowledge of incident management processes and strong communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue
  • Monitoring all alerts related to applications and providing proactive services
  • Coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues
  • Documenting Troubleshooting Guides and FAQs
  • Recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges
