Job Overview:
We seek a highly experienced and strategic team lead and operations manager to join our Human Resources department. This individual will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of [number] members to ensure productivity and team cohesion.

Training & Development
- Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to team members.

- Monitor team performance against set KPIs.
- Deliver regular reports to upper management on progress, challenges, and achievements.
Conflict Resolution
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely and effective manner.
- MEDiate disagreements, provide solutions, and maintain a harmonious working environment.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to align team goals with company-wide initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between the team and senior management.
Customer Focus
- Ensure that the team delivers high-quality customer service and meets or exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]. MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
Experience
