Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to oversee the scheduling process for various projects. This involves creating and updating schedules in MS Project and/or P6, as well as supporting project managers with bid and proposal activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing data integrity checks and auditing to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting.

  • Create and update schedules in MS Project and/or P6 based on the scheduling tool used on the project
  • Support project managers with budget preparation, schedule preparation, and other tasks assigned
  • Perform data integrity checks and auditing to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting
  • Analyze project trends over the project lifecycle to determine areas that require improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You should have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.

  • More than five (5) years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry
  • University Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience
  • Expert in using Primavera P6 (mandatory)
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project
