Senior Quality Professional

Establishing a robust quality culture is crucial to drive business growth and success. As a seasoned quality professional, the General Manager Quality will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our company's quality policy, objectives, manual, procedures, risk assessment, and root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement methodologies for all activities, including inspections and test plans, in coordination with site QC managers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the inspection process, leveraging software and other tools where necessary.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure their effective performance in quality.
- Lead the quality team successfully on all fronts, including allocation, interviewing, and selecting quality personnel.
- Manage periodic audits, non-conformity management, and implement rework/debit systems based on performance.
- Develop and implement surveillance processes and establish lessons learned.
- Provide statistical reports to top management regarding the QMS performance.
- Support certification efforts and maintain documentation for quality reports.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 18 years of experience in the quality function of the real estate industry, with prior experience in senior roles.
