As a seasoned Product Leader, you will own and manage long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmap for a product. Drive product innovation and enhancement, own product development and delivery, establish go-to-market strategy and business case, within the product's life cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for a suite of issuing and acquiring products in alignment with the product strategy and vision.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of issuing and acquiring products, including credit, debit, prepaid, forex, merchant life cycle, clearing, settlement, payment, reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes.
  • Lead product life cycle management, conceptualization, enhancement, go-to-market plan, launch, and continued evaluation.
  • Evaluate and prioritize business cases/models for new business, new product development, and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand customer requirements and deliver timely solutions.
  • Conduct industry or customer trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and contribute to product-related strategic planning.
  • Partner with business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand market trends and customer needs.
