Job Title:
">A Benefits Coordinator is needed for a 6-month seasonal contract role with our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong customer service focus, and ability to understand benefit terms and programs.
">About the Role:
">- Assist internal customers (employees) with benefits inquiries and resolve issues on first contact.
- Elevate unresolved inquiries to our support team in a timely fashion when necessary.
- Demonstrate ownership of benefit terms and programs, ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently.

">- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
