About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our company’s digital presence and enhancing its reach. As an Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients across various sectors and overseeing the management of content on our digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Scouting and Representation
- Identify and prospect potential clients within designated sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage with potential clients.
- Represent the company to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Content Management
- Manage the quality of content across the company’s digital platforms.
- Develop content strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and reflective of the company’s brand image.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for content creation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and content performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outreach or business development roles, preferably in the education or mental health sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- NCR-based candidates preferred.
