Motor Insurance Team Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in Motor Insurance Services. Key areas of focus include:

  • New Business Growth: You will lead efforts to increase new business penetration and drive revenue growth.
  • Renewal Enhancement: Your goal will be to boost overall renewal ratios and increase average premium.
  • Dealer Satisfaction: Elevate dealer satisfaction by streamlining business processes and improving claims management.
  • Monitoring and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of dealer members to achieve performance goals and ensure 100% adherence to regulations within the region.
  • Key Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Automobile and Insurance Companies operating in the region.
  • Periodic Reviews: Conduct regular business and claims reviews with OEM regional teams and insurance companies.
