Academic Sales and Counselling Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Academic Sales and Counselling professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development associate profiles, and are eager to grow with their career.

  • Counsel and mentor students and parents on school curriculum and academic offerings.
  • Engage with students through in-house counselling sessions and guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Convert potential leads into successful admissions through consultative sales.
  • Build strong relationships with students, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
  • Achieve targets while maintaining the highest standards of student support.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA profile preferred.
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and willingness to mentor students.
  • Target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
