Job Title: Education Career Guide

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Education Career Guide. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide them with information about our institution's programs and services, and guide them through the admission process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to effectively convert inquiries into enrollments. This position requires a passionate and results-oriented individual who is dedicated to education and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered.
  • Counselling through data calling, online chat servers, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and consolidating the same.
  • Handling queries over telephone and maintaining accurate records.
  • Converting leads to admissions and recording progress.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others.
