Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our daycare and preschool center. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-6 years old.

  • Business Management: Drive business growth by optimising budgeted revenue streams, delivering occupancy levels, and developing strategies to outperform key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable)
  • Commercial Acumen: Sound commercial acumen and financial management skills
  • Performance Coaching: Powerful performance coach with expertise in talent development
  • Collaboration and Decisiveness: Collaborative and decisive leader with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical capability with expertise in data analysis
  • Planning and Strategy: Strategic thinker with expertise in planning and execution
  • Quality Focus: Uncompromising commitment to quality and excellence
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
