CyberArk L3 Support Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Security Professional to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for deploying and implementing Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers across various industries.

This is a challenging role that requires active participation in project execution and demonstration of strong technical leadership.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong knowledge of CyberArk privileged account security suite – versions 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x.

Additional responsibilities include experience in using CyberArk PACLI to automate user and safe management tasks, capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements.

You will also design and Architecture of overall CyberArk implementation, perform compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and provide alerts and reports appropriately. Investigate, provide RCA, and resolve incidents as required.

This role may require travel as needed for deployments at customer sites.

In addition to technical skills, you will need to possess strong teamwork skills, advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration, and advanced knowledge of Windows Cluster Server.

A strong grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools is also essential.

Previous experience in working in an on/offshore environment with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes is necessary.

Finally, customer service background and ability to empathize with customers and own issues raised to resolution are required.
