We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to lead our office interior projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry.

This role involves managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for office interior projects. A detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of purchasing strategies and vendor relationships is required.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end purchase operations, develop cost-efficient purchasing strategies, and build robust vendor relationships. They will also manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery to sites.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly. Proficiency with purchase management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office is preferred.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects
  • Developing and executing cost-efficient purchasing strategies
  • Building and sustaining robust vendor relationships
  • Managing supplier evaluations and risk assessments
  • Overseeing purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors
  • Coordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams
  • Sourcing high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits
  • Tracking purchase timelines and coordinating logistics for smooth delivery to sites

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within interior design, construction, or civil
  • Civil engineering or equivalent background preferred
  • Proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly
