We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves working on a variety of projects, utilizing your skills in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails.
  • Work with React.js to create efficient and scalable frontend applications.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues to optimize application performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
