Building Intelligent Systems

Transforming businesses with cutting-edge technology requires a deep understanding of AI principles and software engineering best practices. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Your Role in This Journey

We are seeking a hybrid professional who can bridge the gap between research and production-grade AI systems. Your expertise in data science, computer science, and software engineering will enable you to thrive on building, experimenting, and deploying real systems at scale.

  • Data Engineering & Pipelines: Develop scalable infrastructure to support data ingestion, processing, and storage.
  • AI System Design: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Experimentation & Deployment: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Cross-Venture Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Programming Background: Proficiency in Python or similar languages with deep comfort in software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Data Storage & Retrieval: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.
  • MLOps and Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Retrieval Systems and RAG Pipelines: Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A Builder's Mindset: Comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Multi-Modal Systems: Experience with text, voice, vision, or conversational AI.
  • Generative Agents and Recommendation Engines: Interest in these areas is a plus.
