AI Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a skilled AI solutions engineer to design and develop intelligent systems that drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions using Python, with a focus on frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI solutions using Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen (hands-on experience with at least one is required).
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.
